Treatment Services
- All completed treatments and services are non-refundable.
- Results may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have concerns regarding your treatment outcome, please contact our office within 7 days so we can assess your concerns and recommend appropriate follow-up care.
- Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic results alone.
Prepaid Treatment Packages
- Unused treatment packages may be eligible for a partial refund within 3 days of purchase if no treatments have been performed.
- Once a package has been started, completed sessions are non-refundable.
- Any approved refund will be calculated based on treatments already received at their regular retail price.
Promotional Purchases
- Special offers, discounted treatments, gift cards, memberships, and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Retail Products
- Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Deposits & Appointment Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit their deposit.
- Failure to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the loss of any deposit paid.
Medical Contraindications
- If a provider determines that treatment cannot be safely performed due to a medical condition before treatment begins, any prepaid amount may be refunded or applied as clinic credit at management’s discretion.
